There are a few ways to subscribe to updates from webring members with your RSS reader.

The easiest way is to subscribe to this OPML file. Rather than downloading this file, modern RSS readers should allow you to copy that url and subscribe to it (usually under a heading like "Import"), so when new members join they'll be added to your feed automatically.

Otherwise, you can also subscribe to our Atom feed directly, but note that that only shows the latest 30 days of posts from members, and has a limit of 10 posts per member.
